Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During new product launches, promotional events, or peak holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination. 

For orders above 50$, free shipping will be provided.

From time to time, we may offer Free Worldwide Shipping during special promotions.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to become active after shipment.


Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your local government.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost or Damaged Packages
